I’m a recipe developer, photographer, and content creator behind Fine, I’ll Bake It Myself, where I recreate the foods I missed most and prove that gluten-free should never feel like a compromise. Currently obsessed with creating outrageous focaccia flavors, cream puffs on the weekends and I am always looking for a reason to head back to Italy.
